Webster Hall Cancellation

Surefire unfortunately have had to cancel their performance scheduled for December 3rd at The Studio at Webster Hall. The band regrets not being able to play this show at one of their favorite venues and apologizes to those who were looking forward to this show. The band would like to encourage fans to go out to support the other artists on the bill: Glenton Davis, Cass Dillon and Kink Adore.
Surefire Announce Line Up Change

Surefire announce that as of Friday November 13th, guitarist Emiliano Ortiz and drummer Ben Spinrad are no longer playing with the band. Joining Surefire are guitarist Anthony Stella and drummer Austin Schumacher. The new line up made its debut appearance at Music Hall of Williamsburg this past Sunday supporting Band Of Skulls.
The new line up is excited to begin work on new material for Surefire's next album and will be headlining The Studio @ Webster Hall on December 3rd. Advance tickets can be purchased here.
Surefire to Support Band Of Skulls

Surefire have been confirmed to support up and coming UK rockers Band Of Skulls at Music Hall of Williamsburg on November 15th. Advance tickets are available through ticketmaster.com and are recommended. Doors open at 7:30pm, show at 8:30pm. Please note, the show is 16+ giving younger fans a chance to catch the band live!

Today Rock Radio 106.1 from Manchester, UK will air an interview with Surefire discussing their debut album, working with Eddie Kramer and the resurgence of rock music.

Surefire's CMJ showcase at Fontana's has been moved to Saturday night, Oct 24th at 7:30pm. Following their set at Fontana's Surefire will make a special appearance at the Blast Radius CMJ Party, where they will debut new material. All who attend the Fontana's showcase will receive a free ticket for the after party as well as a free copy of Blast Radius Vol 2., featuring tracks from Surefire, Gay Blades, Black Taxi, Change The Station, Viva Mayday + more.
Rush On Rock has reviewed Surefire's debut giving it a 9/10!

Check out the September/October 2009 issue of Elmore Magazine for a brilliant review of Surefire's debut album. Elmore's Steve Walbridge says "Surefire is loaded from front to back with catchy, psychedelic hooks that tunnel their way into your brain and refuse to yield..." Record Release Show at Mercury Lounge

Surefire will celebrate the release of their debut album with their first club show in New York City in over a year at the Mercury Lounge on Friday, June 26 at 9:30pm. Also on the bill are The Picture and Aeroplane Pageant. Tickets go onsale Friday, May 29 at noon at ticketmaster.com and the Mercury Lounge box office.
Surefire will also be doing a special in-store performance at Best Buy on 23rd St and 6th Ave in Manhattan on Friday, June 12 at 4pm to promote their new record.

Relay For Life

Thank you to everyone who came out to see Surefire at the Relay For Life Benefits at Seton Hall, Sacred Heart and Pace University which raised over $100,000 for cancer research. It was a fantastic experience for Surefire to be part of these events and the boys enjoyed meeting all of you, walking laps, hearing all the different stories and sharing their music.
